Hi, I’m Madison Kic — but you can call me Madi (or your new favorite designer).

I’m an independent Visual Designer and Art Director specializing in branding and surface design.

My work is BOLD, story-driven, and never afraid of color. I craft visual experiences that feel fresh, engaging, and intentional—whether it’s a book cover that demands attention, a wedding suite worth saving, or a pattern that turns the ordinary into the unforgettable.

My design philosophy? A balance of personality, purpose, and just the right kic(k) of boldness.

With a background working with brands like Disney, Marvel, and Nickelodeon, I bring a thoughtful yet playful approach to every project. I believe great design should never be safe, and if it leaves an impression, I’ve done my job.

When I’m not designing, you can find me walking my dog, Annie, sewing (currently designing my own surface patterns for fabric to sew with!), experimenting with pottery, or scrapbooking. Creativity fuels everything I do—on and off the screen.

Currently based in Chattanooga, TN, I’m always looking for new collaborations and creative challenges.
